How to order?
Ordering is easy and simple at richtime.store. Just follow the steps mentioned, and here are some instructions.

Step1. View the products and choose you want.

Step2. Then, you enter the desired inscription from the dropbox menu and choice the options that are available.

Step3. Click on the “Add to Cart” buttion.

Step4. Click the shopping cart and confirm what you selected and update the quantity. If there are no problems, click "Continue to Checkout" to continue.

Step5. Complete buyer information, shipping and payment option. Click "Continue Checkout" to make the payment. We accept PayPal as a secure and convenient payment method.

Step6. Input your shipping address, email address and phone number.

Step7. Verify information.

Step8. Once your payment has been processed, we will send an email confirming your order information. The order processing will begin when the due payment is received. The tracking number and tracking links will be sent to your email address once your order is shipped out.

Do you alert us once our order ships?
Yes! An email will be sent to you with the tracking information once it ships out to you!

Where do I get tracking info?
An email with tracking details will be sent to you the moment your product is shipped out!

Have not received my order yet, now what?
First, check to track info and see if it was delivered. If it says delivered but never received please allow a few more days. Sometimes products are delivered late by DHL or scanned delivered by mistake.

Then email us regarding the whereabouts of your order!

How to track my order?
After the order is placed. At the same time, after the package is sent, you will receive a notification email in your mailbox. The tracking number inside is to track the timely status of the package. Please visithttps://www.17track.net/en to check the status of your package.
Generally, it may take 3-20 days(not include handling time which may be 1-5 days) for the package to arrive in most countries or regions.

The delivery time is affected by many factors such as destination country, customs, weather, etc. It is really difficult to control. This is what we have been working on to make it better and improve.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL or UPS and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.

Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.

Will I be charged VAT taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

How can I cancel a paid order?
A paid order must be canceled within 12 hours by sending a cancel request email to service@richtime.store. Sending Cancel requests over 12 hours after placing an order, a 30% restocking fee will be fined.

We cannot cancel the order when it is in shipping.


How can I change the order after paid?
If you want to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

I have a special request for my products, what should I do?
It is easy. Just contact us and let we know your requirement, and we will make sure whether we can meet your demands and the corresponding costs.
Do you have an actual store I can come visit?
No, We are only an online store. If you would like to return or exchange an item you must send it back in the mail.

Will I have to pay custom tax?
Generally speaking, with selecting regular mail, little custom fee will be charged from our customers. However, due to strict customs inspection, you may be charged customs fees by choosing express shipping.

It shall be highly appreciated if you can contact the local customs tax office. If not, your package will be destroyed in case that you do not retrieve the package.

Please send us a picture of the receipt when you are charged custom taxes, we will offer you an appropriate compensation.


What shipping way do you offer?
Worldwide standard shipping and express shipping are the most common shipping methods on our site, such as China SF Express.

Apart from the cooperation with SF, we can offer DHL with extra charges. If you need to receive an order by a specific date, please feel free to contact us first to inquire about availability. We will always do whatever we can to accommodate you.

How much is shipping?

How long will it take to get my order?
On average, customers can receive their order in 3-20 days (not include handling time which may be 1-5 days); sometimes it may take longer because of your location and the number of you order.

Can I expedite my order?

If you need to expedited shipping. We offer Fast Shipping($9.99)
and DHL Express Shipping($19.98).

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
It shall be highly appreciated if you can be at your shipping address for a signature will be asked once the parcel is shipped by express shipping.

But please do not worry if you cannot. Go to the local express shipping company or post office with your tracking NO. to pick up the parcel as soon as possible when you are back home.


Why it says delivered while I receive nothing?
Usually, the parcel will be delivered to your shipping address which you left on our site, but your parcel may be delivered at your local post office or shipping company. You may contact them with your tracking NO to pick up the parcel as soon as possible.

If you still can't find the parcel in the shipping company or post office, please contact us atas soon as possible, and we will offer you an appropriate solution.

Enter your coupon code inside your shopping cart! The coupon code section lies between your listed items and checkout!

How do I change my order?

Can I cancel my order?
We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production. Please email us at (service@richtime.store) with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.

We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun.

What's the status of my order?

Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information.
The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.
If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.

Returns and Refunds

I'm unsatisfied with my product. What can I do?

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:
You have 60 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 60 days of receipt.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged or altered in any way.
Include all original packaging and accessories.
The damaged item is damaged/broken or twisted upon arrival.
The received product size/color is incorrect.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Please email us at service@richtime.store with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

For all other requests please email us at service@richtime.store. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.

Any unauthorized returns or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect product?
Send us an email with attaching photo(s) and we will send out a replacement within 1-5 days hours!

What should I do in case of late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at.

Who will be responsible for the shipping fee if I exchange or return an order?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Paying with PayPal:
You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.

1. With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online.

2. Through PayPal, you can pay with a credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.

3. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment.
richtime.store doesn't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.


Why cannot I complete the payment with my PayPal account?
If for some reason you cannot complete your payment using PayPal, please contact us with your order details. We will send you an e-mail with a PayPal Payment Request in order to complete your payment.

On other hand, you can call or contact with PayPal Customer to solve the problem.

Absolutely yes! richtime.store are running normally, safe and secure.

Does RICHTIME keep personal info for customers?
